Job Description Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 3-4 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation. Responsibilities Lead volunteer recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for project-based roles. Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration. Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement. Qualifications Required Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles Detail‑oriented with organizational and time‑management skills Comfortable working remotely and independently Passion for volunteerism and nonprofit work Preferred Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit management Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes Who Should Apply?
