Maintenance SupervisorHiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Winthrop, MN!Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + 10% target bonusShift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)Location: Winthrop, MNBenefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleThis role provides frontline leadership for the maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable equipment performance and effective support of daily plant operations.Job ResponsibilitiesPrioritize and assign daily maintenance work orders and oversee pass-down itemsSupervise maintenance employees to ensure safe and efficient operationsSupport and monitor preventative maintenance programsServe as first point of contact for emergency maintenance needsOversee equipment repairs and maintenance across the facilityAssist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement effortsMaintain CMMS records and maintenance documentationTrain, coach, and develop maintenance team membersEnsure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirementsQualificationsDegree or equivalent experience2–5 years of maintenance experience with leadership or supervisory exposureStrong knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance practicesPLC troubleshooting experience preferredFamiliarity with CMMS and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and team leadership skillsAbility to read, write, and speak English
