Full-time MRI Technologist opportunities are available at three locations. Evening, night, and weekend availability is preferred. This is a union position; hourly pay is based on years of experience and the applicable union scale.

Under general supervision, the MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging equipment to obtain images used in diagnosing and treating patients. The technologist supports the department’s clinical and academic work, completes assigned training and responsibilities, and may rotate among areas as needed. The role requires the ability to work independently in a clinical setting while following departmental and regulatory safety standards.

Requirements:

  Graduate of an approved school meeting ARRT requirements for an MRI education pathway

• \n

  ARRT registration with MRI designation

\n
• \n

  BLS certification

\n
• \n

  Minimum of 1–2 years of MRI experience

\n
• \n

  MRI-specific classroom experience is a plus

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, medical terminology, imaging procedures, and techniques

\n
• \n

  Working knowledge of Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS)

\n
• \n

  Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills

\n
• \n

  Ability to adapt to changing workloads, prioritize tasks, respond to emergency requests, and maintain patient safety

\n

Compensation: $89,000–$131,000 per year, with hourly pay determined by years of experience and the union scale. Sign-on bonus and partial relocation assistance are available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
