• 24-hour call with hospital rounding -- 1 to 2 hrs of rounding daily
• 3 - 4 procedures per day in-hospital on average
• Hospital-based urology practice
• General urology, laps, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy required
• Partial nephrectomy with intraoperative ultrasound required
• Renal and bladder U/S and TRUS biopsies required
• Robot available -- not required
• Leave coverage -- need likely to extend
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
