Product Designer

Shape the product experience across the Anchors Intelligence Platform and our customer-facing interfaces. We're hiring a Product Designer to own the design of the Anchors platform from end to end. You'll work closely with engineering and product to define how enterprise users interact with complex AI systems — making powerful capabilities feel accessible and trustworthy. What You’ll Do Design at Anchors spans the full product surface: the operator dashboard, the audit trail interfaces, the onboarding experience, and the alerting and monitoring views. You’ll work across all of these, with the support of a team that treats design as a core capability. Core Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production specs Conduct user research with enterprise operators and power users to ground design decisions in real behaviour Define and maintain the Anchors design system Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation Contribute to product strategy discussions — design at Anchors informs what we build, not just how it looks What We’re Looking For You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong information design and systems thinking. You’ve designed for complex, data-dense interfaces before. You care about the craft but ship with pragmatism. Requirements 4+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or enterprise software context Proficiency in Figma and a mature approach to component-based design Experience designing data-heavy or operational interfaces (dashboards, analytics, admin tools) Strong communication skills — you can articulate design rationale clearly to engineers and stakeholders Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions Why This Role You’ll be a foundational member of the design function with direct impact on a platform used by major enterprises.
