- Annual salary of $570,000
- Sign-on incentives negotiable with multi-year commitment
- Full-time, employed (W-2) position
- On-call duties: Backup pager coverage from home (7 PM - 7 AM) and participation in weekend day shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 7 AM - 7 PM)
- Post-call day off provided
- Evenly rotated call schedule among 7 physicians
- Diverse case mix: neonates, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology, plastics, and MRI sedation
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Florida
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
