Product Sales Specialist

We are a product-focused company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and 24/7 customer support. As we continue expanding our U.S. presence, we are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team near White Plains, NY. Role Description Foto Master is looking for a hands‑on Product Sales Specialist to help customers understand our products, guide them through the buying process, and close new sales. We are looking for a high‑quality salesperson who can speak professionally with business owners, entrepreneurs, event professionals, and companies looking to purchase photo booth and event technology products. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, persuasive, and comfortable selling physical products, software, and technology solutions. You should be able to handle inbound leads, follow up consistently, present products clearly, explain value, and help customers make purchasing decisions. This role is based near White Plains, NY, and includes in‑person product demos, showroom appointments, phone calls, video calls, and follow‑up communication with prospects. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales leads and follow up quickly and professionally Speak with potential customers to understand their business, goals, and needs Present Foto Master products, software, cloud features, and packages clearly Conduct product demos in person, by phone, or by video call Explain product benefits, pricing, financing options, ROI, and use cases Build trust with prospects and guide them through the buying process Maintain accurate notes, lead status, and follow‑up activity in the CRM Follow up consistently with open leads until a clear decision is reached Work with support, operations, and management to answer customer questions Help customers choose the right product package for their business Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Represent Foto Master professionally and positively at all times Qualifications Strong communication and follow‑up skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers Ability to explain product value, not just price Confident presenting products in person, over the phone, and through video calls Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple leads at the same time Self‑motivated and performance‑driven Ability to learn technical products and explain them in a simple way Professional appearance and attitude Located within reasonable commuting distance of White Plains, NY Preferred Experience Experience selling to small business owners, entrepreneurs, event professionals, venues, or agencies Experience with photo booths, events, AV equipment, entertainment products, cameras, software, SaaS, or hardware products Experience selling products priced at several thousand dollars or more Experience with consultative sales rather than basic order‑taking Experience working with financing options or payment plans is a plus What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just looking for a basic sales job. The right person should be able to take ownership of leads, follow up seriously, understand customer needs, explain the value of our products, and close deals professionally. Compensation Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission. The right candidate should be motivated by performance, sales results, and long‑term growth. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and demonstrated ability. Work Location Near White Plains, NY This role is primarily based near our White Plains, NY showroom/office area and may include a combination of in‑person work, customer demos, phone sales, video meetings, and CRM follow‑up.
