- Serve as a primary liaison between Swish Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and partner marketing organizations to coordinate joint campaigns, events, communications, and demand-generation activities.
- Track sales and engineering certifications and proactively coordinate requirements needed to maintain or advance partner status and program levels.
- Schedule and lead recurring internal OEM/partner meetings with Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and other appropriate stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a regular external meeting cadence with key OEMs, technology partners, and distributors to review business performance, opportunities, initiatives, and areas requiring attention.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve—or appropriately escalate—partner-related issues, including deal registration conflicts, program questions, pricing concerns, certification requirements, and channel conflicts.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly partner/alliance reviews with the Chief Sales Officer and provide concise updates on partner activity, opportunities, challenges, and required actions.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner account teams, channel managers, distributor representatives, and other strategic partner contacts.
- Identify opportunities to leverage partner programs, incentives, resources, training, marketing development funds, and other available resources to support Swish’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to improve partner pipeline visibility, opportunity engagement, forecasting, and partner contribution reporting.
- Monitor changes in partner programs, technology offerings, channel strategies, certifications, and industry trends and communicate relevant developments to internal stakeholders.
- Continually evaluate and improve Swish’s partner management processes, systems, reporting, and information repositories to increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
- Develop standardized processes and tools for partner onboarding, relationship management, certification tracking, meeting cadence, reporting, and partner performance management.
- Maintain organized and accessible partner documentation and ensure information is current, accurate, and appropriately maintained.
- Represent Swish professionally at partner meetings, industry events, conferences, briefings, and other business-development activities as appropriate.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
