Property Accountant

Spectrum Search Group is partnering with a growing real estate investment organization adding a new Property Accountant. This role offers broad exposure across accounting, finance, and operations. Responsibilities: Manage monthly close activities and financial reporting for a portfolio of assets Review property-level accounting activity, reconciliations, and general ledger balances Partner with finance and operations teams on reporting and analysis Assist with budget variance reviews and financial performance reporting Support audit requests, special projects, and process improvement initiatives Experience: 1-3+ years of accounting experience within real estate or property accounting Experience in Yardi is highly preferred Understanding of month-end close and financial reporting processes Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Depending on experience and skill set, this role pays $80k-$85k + bonus + stock #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Search Group
