General Manager

General Manager We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead a corporate owned McDonald’s restaurant. The GM ensures the restaurant operates profitably while meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities Set and achieve restaurant goals in partnership with the Corporate Lead. Lead Department Managers, coaching them to improve performance and meeting departmental objectives. Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a high‑performing leadership team. Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old; must hold prior General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills. Benefits Competitive pay.
