NOW HIRING: Maintenance Mechanic – Grand Prairie, TX (75050)

Regal Staffing Services – Arlington Branch

Regal Staffing Services of Arlington is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics for a well-established manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie, TX (75050).

Shift, Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $28.00/hr (based on experience)

Position Responsibilities

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment

• Working with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints

• Performing equipment diagnostics, testing, and repairs

• Conducting electrical work up to 3-phase / 480V

• Identifying and replacing worn or faulty parts

• Completing routine and preventative maintenance

• Fabrication and welding skills a strong plus

• Ensuring all tasks comply with internal safety procedures

• Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years industrial mechanical repair experience

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
