Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | Variable daily start and end times; 36–40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across pediatric, adult, and acute care inpatient populations
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Experience working with adult patients
• Experience in acute care inpatient settings
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a diverse caseload across multiple patient populations simultaneously
• Familiarity with variable scheduling across a standard Monday–Friday workweek
