Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Up to $65/Hour Gahanna, OH (Columbus Metro Area) | Monday–Thursday | No Weekends | Full-Time or Part-Time

Beecher Crossing Dental is growing and looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our private practice team.

What We Offer

• $50–$55/hour base | Up to $65/hour with productivity bonuses
• 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• No weekends
• Full-Time or Part-Time | 2+ Days/Week
• 70-minute new patient appointments
• 50-minute regular prophy appointments

The Opportunity

You'll have the time and support to provide thorough, patient-centered care while building lasting relationships with your patients.

You'll provide preventive hygiene care, educate patients about their oral health, communicate clinical findings and recommendations, and work closely with the dentist and dental team.

This is a new position created due to practice growth and increased patient demand . You'll be joining an established team with two other RDHs in a supportive private-practice environment.
