At KPMG, we believe nothing is more important than investing in our culture because it is an investment in our people, our future, and what we stand for as a firm.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Reward Services practice.Responsibilities:Play a supportive role in the design and management of employee benefit plans to a complex client base; plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, benchmarking and other related requests included in projectsServe as project manager and day to day contact for clients, coordinating work with staff in other KPMG US offices and practicesMaintain client relationships, technical depth, and breadth in your areas of proficiency; take a lead role in the ongoing development and career growth of junior team membersManage risk and financial performance of engagement by supporting management with compliance, billing, collections, and budgetingIdentify, build, and deepen client relationships; present technical recommendations to clients and prospective clientsParticipate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firmAdditional Responsibilities for a Senior Manager:Play a lead role in the design and management of employee benefit plans to a complex client base; plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, benchmarking and other related requests included in projectsQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in employer benefit strategiesBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM or completion of one of the advanced degrees or professional designations: MBA, ASOA, ENR ACT,FSA, CBP, CCP, CEBS, CPP or GPHR, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that listExperience leading multiple large client engagements and service teams, prioritizing multiple projects, working on numerous assignments, and managing multiple assignmentsDeep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, industries, carriers and more; consulting firm experience, mental health parity, global benefits, human resources credentials and benefits administration technology are a plusStrong analytical, consultative, and project management skills; ability to review quantitative work and development junior staff; excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate complex informationAble to work at client sites and travel up to 15%Additional qualifications for Senior Manager:Minimum eight years of recent experience in employer benefit strategiesKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
