Production Quality Associate - Foothill Ranch, CA

Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Quality Associate jobs at Oakley in Foothill Ranch, CA. Production Quality Associates do essential jobs with Oakley in a state-of-the-art facility, with pay rates of $21.09-$24.75/hr, plus available overtime. As a Production Quality Associate, you will conduct inspections on assembly lines to ensure products meet required quality standards and eyewear is assembled according to specifications.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 6+ months of relevant work experience required

• Basic math and computer skills, including data entry and typing

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Ability to learn new tasks and processes efficiently while managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities as needed

• Ability to inspect materials and information at close range

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

• 5th Shift: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 4x12 schedule (Sunday - Wednesday)

• 6th Shift: 3:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4x12 schedule (Wednesday - Saturday)

• Training Requirement: All shifts must be able to train on 1st Shift for 1.5 weeks. (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Pay Details: $21.09 to $24.75 per hour
