As an RN Supervisor you will be responsible for:/pulliManaging the individualized resident care by promoting and monitoring residents health through the nursing process./liliUtilizes clinical resources in implementing patient care and provides rationale for patient care decisions./liliCollaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve all residents problems and needs/liliProviding physical and psychological support to patients and their family members/liliMonitoring residents conditions and administering medication treatments/liliSupervising assigned team members./liliCompletes Frequent Observations and the Intake/Outtake Record according to established protocols./liliPerforms related duties, as required./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NY/liliPast experience working as an RN Supervisor in a Long Term Care Nursing Facility/liliKnowledge of EMR systems/liliBCLS, ACLS or PALS, required./liliExcellent communication skills/li/ul/div
