We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining the high standards our customers expect.Job Summary: We are looking for a technician responsible for maintenance as well as a technician capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and has a strong commitment to excellence in automotive service.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including brakes, engines, transmissions, and tires.Perform diagnostic inspections, identify issues, and recommend appropriate repairs.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment efficiently and safely.Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor hours.Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company and industry standards.Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and service recommendations.Continuously update technical knowledge through training and manufacturer resources.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (ASE Certification not required but it is a plus).Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive service or repair.Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic reports.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.Physical ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods.What We Offer:Paid time off401k with employer matchingHealth Insurance with company participationLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceElective ancillary benefits including disability, critical illness and accident insurancePay: Determined by experienceWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in the workplace.
