Sanitation Associate

Role Overview Responsible for unloading products from trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing items for storage or shipment. Provides support in various warehouse tasks including sanitation, inventory control, and product selection. May operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and perform truck fueling, washing, or cleaning based on assignment. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, breakdown pallets, and organize products into warehouse racks or pick slots. Handle cases, boxes, and pallets of various grocery and perishable items, ensuring accurate quantities. Assist with sanitation duties, including cleaning and trash disposal. Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform product checks for damage or discrepancies. Select, palletize, and label products for customer orders efficiently and accurately. Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in multi-temperature environments while maintaining safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, report equipment issues, and participate in product rotation. Follow safety protocols, work independently or with a team, and adapt to changing work requirements. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Warehouse experience and operation of industrial equipment preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, lift heavy loads, and work in variable temperatures. Strong communication, organizational, and safety compliance skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Physical & Work Environment Must frequently stand, walk, crouch and reach. Exposed to moderate to high noise levels and temperature variations.
