Responsibilities 
As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to: 

• Hiring: Identify and attract the best talent to join the team. 
• Training : Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
• Relationship : Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships 
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including enrollment, scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping 

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in elementary education, early childhood education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a licensed childcare school.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience required.
• Strong understanding of Florida DCF licensing standards and childcare compliance requirements
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising staff
