About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required. License: Active Ohio license or an active compact state license is required. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Active Ohio license or active compact state license required. - Active AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required. - NIHSS certification required. - Acceptable scores on ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments. Description: This position involves working night shifts for three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry. An active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license is required. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications must be current. NIHSS certification is also required. During orientation, an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate will be administered. Acceptable scores on both assessments are required for continued employment. Orientation time will be compensated at a reduced rate. The role does not allow for any licensing issues or open background checks. Candidates must be nicotine-free unless exempt as specified. This job requires compliance with additional healthcare facility regulations.
