We are seeking a dependable and passionate Jamaican Cook to join our team at Goldenkrust-8030 Senoia Rd. This position is responsible for preparing authentic Jamaican and Caribbean-style meals while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

• Prepare and cook Jamaican and Caribbean dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Properly season, marinate, and prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, sauces, and side dishes
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization
• Follow all company safety procedures and kitchen policies
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to support daily operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Experience preparing Jamaican or Caribbean cuisine preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
