Synergy Preserve LLC has strong experience in renovation and property maintenance. We provide services for both residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities- Established subcontractor technician with experience in commercial and residential roofing systems (single-ply, TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, tile, slate, shingles, etc.).
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance related issues promptly.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
- Crews equipped with their own tools, ladders, and safety equipment
- Subcontractors should carry insurance in accordance with Baker requirements
- Ability to read plans and shop drawings
- Crews experienced working with man lifts, Skytrack, and scaffolding
- Commitment to safe work practices and OSHA standards
- Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed the prior week
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Welding experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
