The role As a Recruiter at Vale, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, partnering with hiring managers to build exceptional teams that drive the company forward. Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical, hospitality, operational, and business roles Build and maintain robust pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and community engagement Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, calibrate on requirements, and develop search strategies Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer Use data to track pipeline health and identify opportunities to improve speed and quality Build Vale’s employer brand presence on LinkedIn and other talent platforms Contribute to the development of hiring processes, scorecards, and interview frameworks Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter Strong sourcing skills with a track record of finding passive candidates Compensation $72,000 – $98,000 per year Benefits Company funded ORCA card Medical, dental, and vision benefits Annual bonuses Joining a fun startup in Seattle #J-18808-Ljbffr Vale Matcha
