Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing

Location: Eatontown, NJ 07724

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Shift: 1st Shift / 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and plant equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective mechanical, electrical, or electronic components.
• Troubleshoot equipment using schematics, diagrams, drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment documentation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
• Support testing, process improvement, production, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Gather, compile, and maintain technical data and reports.
• Perform equipment modifications and assist with system improvements when required.
• Interpret test results and develop maintenance reports.
• Provide guidance and support to entry-level technicians as needed.

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair.
• Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting.
• Reading Schematics, Diagrams, and Technical Drawings.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
• Use of Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Test Equipment.
• Technical Data Collection and Reporting.
• Manufacturing Equipment Support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently under moderate supervision.

Preferred Skills:
• 3rd Level Troubleshooting experience.
• Basic Electrical Skills.
• Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Process Improvement and Equipment Optimization.
• Knowledge of Electronic, Mechanical, Vacuum, or Optical Systems.

Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment repair experience.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a production environment preferred.
