Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Provide respiratory care to patients in NICU, PICU, and ICU settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in patient assessments, monitor progress, and document care in the EPIC charting system
• Adhere to facility policies and guidelines, maintaining professionalism at all times

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• ND License required
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NBRC RRT or CRT certification required
• Experience in NICU, PICU, and ICU is required
• PALS and NRP certifications preferred
