Base pay range $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Education & Experience No formal education required Preferred: Experience in customer service Advantageous: Background in retail or healthcare Position Overview Responsible for providing outstanding support to clients through phone and email. Tasks include handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
