Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Greeneville, TN

Position Type: Full-Time

Available Shifts: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift (Overtime as required)

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Starting pay depends on depth of experience)

W are seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our production and packaging machinery running smoothly. The ideal candidate has a multi-craft background, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to diagnose and repair complex industrial systems with minimal supervision. Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Promptly diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• PLC Systems: Troubleshoot and perform basic diagnostics on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to identify automated system faults.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine PM inspections and servicing on all manufacturing machinery to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• Blueprint Reading: Read, interpret, and work directly from technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical/fluid schematics.
• Documentation: Accurately log all completed work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and parts used in the maintenance tracking system.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while strict adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine PMs on all production and packaging machinery to ensure everything operates at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical or electrical system breakdowns quickly and execute necessary repairs or part replacements.
• Documentation: Properly track and document all maintenance logs, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaboration & Safety: Work closely with shift supervisors and machine operators to support production goals while maintaining a clean, orderly, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Autonomy: Ability to stay productively busy and manage tasks effectively without constant, direct supervision.
