Hybrid RBT and ABA Case Supervisor

It’s a hands-on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders . At CSD, Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings. About The Opportunity Direct Client Support Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings Early Clinical Leadership Exposure Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience What Success Looks Like Kids reaching meaningful milestones through consistent, compassionate care Families feeling supported, informed, and hopeful You building confidence — not just as a Behavior Specialist, but as a future clinical leader Clear progress toward advanced roles through structured mentorship and feedback Benefits & Professional Support Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement Company-issued cell phone Free college or tuition reimbursement (Dreams Come True Program) Paid training and hands-on learning through CSD University Structured mentorship from Clinical Leaders and senior clinicians Early pathway toward Clinical Leader and BCBA-track roles About You Love working with kids and want to deepen your clinical impact Are curious about leadership, supervision, and clinical decision-making Value structure, feedback, and evidence-based practice Thrive in a learning-focused, supportive environment Are pursuing or planning to pursue a degree or certification in ABA or a related field Requirements Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy) One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Reliable transportation Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated) Comfort working with diverse populations About Us At Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), we believe that every child deserves a chance to shine.
