We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily documentation and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, computer literate, and comfortable filing documents alphabetically and numerically. Previous experience with Adobe is a strong plus.

Location: Conroe, TX
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch
Work Setting: 100% On-Site
Education: High School Diploma or GED Required Key Responsibilities

• Create, compile, organize, and maintain required documentation.
• Prepare and manage both hard-copy and electronic documents.
• File paperwork accurately using alphabetical and numerical systems.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and vendors.
• Ship documentation and related materials when required.
• Use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and other computer systems as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Perform other administrative and document-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of document control or office-related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience filing documents alphabetically and/or numerically.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Adobe experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
