Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Rancocas, NJ

Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys collaborating across departments, improving production processes, and driving efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Job Description:

In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering and Production to improve manufacturing processes, support day-to-day operations, and help ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams
Improve manufacturing processes and product quality
Troubleshoot production and engineering issues
Support production schedules and project timelines
Prepare technical documentation and reports
Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and best practices

Shift/Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
Experience with CAD and ERP systems
Ability to read engineering drawings
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
