Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Rancocas, NJ

Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team. Job Description:

• In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering and Production to improve manufacturing processes, support day-to-day operations, and help ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams
• Improve manufacturing processes and product quality
• Troubleshoot production and engineering issues
• Support production schedules and project timelines
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and best practices

Shift/Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
• Experience with CAD and ERP systems
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
