Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you'll take a hands-on leadership role in daily kitchen operations preparing and plating fresh, made-to-order and grab-and-go dishes while guiding your team to deliver consistency, speed, and excellence. You'll set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and food quality on every shift, ensuring that every guest enjoys the fresh, local experience that defines Alltown Fresh. This role requires culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. Additional Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-volume service periods.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for great food.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Ability to work near heat, cold, and wet surfaces.
• Extended periods of standing and working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Safe use of knives, cooking tools, and kitchen equipment required.
• High School Diploma

Pay Range: $17.75 - $21.18

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
