THE JOB:

As a Fountain Worker at Luchini at MGM Grand , you play an essential role in shaping unforgettable guest experiences from the very first moment. With a warm, genuine smile and attentive service, you set the tone for an inviting and vibrant atmosphere. By intuitively understanding each guest's unique story and preferences, you take ownership of their journey-curating personalized moments that delight, surprise, and exceed expectations. THE STARTING RATE: $15.8977 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and place order and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable.
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests.
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments.
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required.
• One (1) year of experience of guest service experience preferred.
• One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant preferred.
