Presentation Specialist

Equity Staffing Group is seeking outgoing and professional Presentation Specialists for a temporary contract supporting a leading healthcare organization. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, presenting information, and traveling to community events throughout the assigned territory. Presentation Specialists represent healthcare programs at health fairs, benefits fairs, retirement seminars, and other community outreach events. This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel within the assigned region. Location: Maryland (Prince George's County, Montgomery County, and surrounding metropolitan areas) Duration: 3-6 Month Contract with potential for extension Responsibilities Represent healthcare programs at health fairs, benefits fairs, retirement seminars, and other community events. Set up and maintain event displays, educational materials, and promotional items. Educate attendees on available medical, dental, and vision benefits. Answer basic benefit and enrollment questions and connect attendees with additional resources when needed. Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting member engagement. Complete post-event reporting and provide feedback following each event. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Strong communication and presentation skills. Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory. Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. Ability to lift and transport event materials. Requirements Reliable personal vehicle (travel reimbursement provided). Personal laptop or tablet for virtual training. Mobile phone for business communications. Training & Schedule Work schedule varies based on event schedules and business needs.
