Client/Customer Services Representative Major Global Apparel Organization

Montoursville, PA Based (In-Office)

Our clienta global, 50-year-old manufacturer of apparel products with a portfolio of major recognized brands supporting major retailers is seeking a Client/Customer Services representative for their Montoursville, PA office.

With an eclectic offering of branded and private label made-to-order products, they have contributed to the success of retailers such as Walmart and Target, among many others as well as many leading brands.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Client Services Department is dedicated to optimizing and maintaining customer satisfaction through a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The department oversees all customer relationships, including both wholesale and retail accounts, while serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This includes close collaboration with company Sales Teams, independent representatives, Production, Design, Planning, Distribution Centers, IT, Logistics, Finance (including Credit and Accounts Receivable), and Ecommerce to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. With the transition to SAP, department will be working in multiple ERP systems as well as working with multiple WMS systems for the Warehouses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-Production Functions:

• Prod po uploaders Initial Entry and Requested Revisions
• Bulk Orders Initial Entry and Requested Revisions
• Accessory Sheets & Customer master templates Initial Preparation and Requested Revisions
• System Item Cross Reference - Maintenance, Updates, and Monitoring
• UPC Catalog - Updates and Maintenance
• Price Files Updates and Maintenance
• Vendor Compliance Research to update systems and files

Customer & Order Related Processes:

• EDI Orders - Monitoring and Pivot Tables
• Drop Ship Orders Monitoring
• Manual Orders Initial Entry and Requested Revisions & Bulk Orders
• Bulk Orders Monitoring and Comparison to Final Orders
• Customer Addresses Initial Entry and Maintenance
• Orders - Status and Tracking
• Returns Issuing Credits where necessary and RAs as needed
• Price Files Monitoring and Variance Resolutions
• Filling out paperwork for new client setup
• Coordinating new account requirements with various depts, including but not limited to wholesale and dropship accounts.
• Working with IT to ensure the company is compliant with clients requirements for EDI, packing slips, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Analytical, Problem solving, Team oriented, high-energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
• Systems: Movex, SAP, WMS, Qlikview, Intertrade & GXS/QRS UPC catalog (preferred, not required)
• Understanding EDI maps and requirements
