Job Overview This is a part‑time position. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring the price file, shelf tags, and signage across the store are accurate and up to date. Responsibilities Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations. Maintain price file, shelf tag accuracy, and store signage. Qualifications Age Requirement Must be at least 18 years of age. Personal Skills Exceptional interpersonal skills. Willingness to complete training and collaborate with team to increase customer satisfaction and sales. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Write simple correspondence in English. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other associates who speak only English. Mathematical Skills Add and subtract two‑digit numbers and perform these operations with units of American currency and weight measurement. Reasoning Ability Apply commonsense to execute detailed written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Complete company training, including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, scanning coordinator technical skills, and scanning coordinator certification. Physical Demands Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds, reach 6–72 inches. Require close vision, color, and depth perception. Work Environment Occasional exposure to wet, hot, or cold conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level usually moderate.
