Virtual Tax Client Experience Specialist

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout their virtual tax service journey. The role focuses on proactive communication, issue resolution, and strong relationship-building to ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to completion.
