About the Role and Impact

As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress.
This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision-making.
We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position.
What You'll Do
Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours
Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision
Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education
What You'll Bring and What You'll Get
What You'll Bring
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Active Washington State Associate license, LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA
Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Salary Description

$64,084.00 - $87,526.00/Year + Incentive Bonus
