Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly pay from $28.90 to $41.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8,000-$12,000
• Shift differentials: Additional pay for nights, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to diverse patient populations, including youth, adult, and older adult patients
• Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and ongoing care needs
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for patients and staff in various clinical settings
• Document all care activities accurately and timely in compliance with policies
• Monitor patient safety and report potential risks promptly
• Delegate and coordinate staff responsibilities, supporting staff development and mentoring

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour or 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated compassion and professionalism

Preferred:

• Previous acute care or psychiatric nursing experience
• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
