What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll make a meaningful difference every day by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity
• Building meaningful relationships and offering companionship to residents
• Encouraging residents to participate in activities and community life
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
• Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in assisted living, home care, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
