As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Unit in Brookshire, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, perform routine driving and foot patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role calls for strong communication, customer service, and professionalism while supporting daily operations. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or parking areas for suspicious behavior, access concerns, and other security-related issues.
• Support loss prevention and operational teams by observing customer and employee activity, addressing escalated situations, and assisting with security-related responses as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
