We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team.Job Title: Senior IT Data EngineerLocations: NW Washington, DCJob Description:At least seven years of experience evaluating, working in production environments with cloud data systems, including RDBMs, data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines.Responsibilities:Ability to implement and manage cloud-based data and big data systems including: Amazon Aurora, Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift.Ability to use infrastructure as code (IaC) such as Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation to build and configure data systems as part of a DevOps program.Ability to implement and manage hybrid data systems including a mixture of cloud and on-premises data systems such as MS SQL Server.Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.Certifications:AWS Solutions Architect - Associate/ProfessionalAWS Data Engineer - AssociateAWS Developer – AssociateExperience:Experience with RDBMs, NoSQL databases.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
