Carpenter

Location: Wilmington, MA

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Travel: Occasional travel to local project sites using company vehicles

Join a growing team building high-quality modular homes. In this role, you'll perform a variety of carpentry tasks in both a manufacturing facility and on residential job sites, including framing, assembly, and installation of structural components.

• Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components.
• Install doors, windows, sheathing, subfloors, and other building materials.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and shop plans.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work collaboratively to meet production and installation schedules.

• Minimum 1 year of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Experience with framing, installation, or general carpentry work.
• Ability to read a tape measure and safely use common carpentry tools.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.

• $20-$30/hr based on experience
• Higher pay may be available for highly experienced/skilled carpenters

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andover, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
