Clinical Director (BCBA) Location: Stockbridge, GA, US Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year What We’re Looking For Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center-based setting Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role Strong clinical foundation across skill acquisition and behavior reduction Passion for mentorship, team development, and high-quality care Schedule Monday–Friday (Daytime Hours) Setting: Center-Based What You’ll Be Doing Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs Ensure treatment plans meet best practice standards and drive meaningful outcomes Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long‑term progress Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and clinical quality Partner with leadership to support growth and maintain high standards across the center About Us We are partnering with a well‑established, clinically driven ABA organization that has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality care across multiple centers.
