Job Highlights Worker Type: PRN PRN Position – the position is as needed No benefits or guaranteed hours Primarily shifts are evenings, nights, and weekends Minimum two days a month; may increase to 4 days during the holidays Training period is 3 days a week during the day Training may take up to 3 weeks Pay Range Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.34 (Hourly) Job Summary Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard. Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities. Track inquiries, questions and answers and provide resolution. May perform clerical or administrative duties. Performs other duties as assigned. Education High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience. Experience No experience required. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
