Providers Requested: 1
Coverage Type: Outpatient and procedures in Cath Lab (Clinic and procedures in Cath Lab)
Outpatient: 70% Inpatient: 30% Adult 100%
EMR System: Epic
Patients Per Shift: 15+
Support Staff: 5 RN, 9 MA, 4 PA/NP, Office Staff TBD
Provider will not be required to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
No resident/teaching supervision required
Admissions not required
Trauma Level 2 facility
Stroke Certified: Yes

Schedule:

Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Lunch: 30 minutes, unpaid
Minimum Shifts Required: 4 weeks per month
Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
Call schedule: No Call
ER call :- No Call

Requirements:

Board Certified (required); Fellowship preferred
License Requirement : Licensed in WA or IMLC
Current CV
DEA: Required
ACLS and BLS required
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
