Registered Nurse, Invasive Cardiology

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Invasive Cardiology (Day Shift) in York, Pennsylvania.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Day shift - 8-hour or 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6 AM - 7 PM, with weekends as needed. Call is required with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description

The Invasive Cardiology unit is equipped with 4 dedicated cardiac catheterization labs, 3 dedicated electrophysiology labs, and 2 shared cath/EP labs, totaling 33 prep/recovery bays. The unit completes over 6,000 procedures annually and offers advanced cardiovascular treatments including complex coronary procedures, ventricular assist devices (VAD)/ECMO, and structural heart procedures such as TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and monitor vital signs in the invasive cardiology setting.
• Assist with complex procedures in the cardiac catheterization labs.
• Document patient care effectively using the EPIC charting system.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous infusions.
• Engage in call rotation and be available for emergencies as needed.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an invasive cardiology or similar setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with the EPIC charting system is mandatory.
