The Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, and handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on their business. Typical Day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day you greet customers, assist with Wi‑Fi codes, package whereabouts, meeting room directions, projector set‑up, invoicing, printing, and service tickets. You take short coffee breaks. In the afternoon you collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, design e‑invites, and create posters. You support group meetings, recommend dining options, and maintain a tidy environment.
