Our stores close at 2pm and we are committed to work-life balance while delivering a great guest experience and high-quality food. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to take charge, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help maintain the quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
