Senior Project ManagerA client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology and operational initiatives. Reporting to the PMO IT Director, this individual will support enterprise initiatives and provide leadership in the design, development, and implementation of business systems that create customer and organizational value. This role will help drive enterprise technology, integrations, data accessibility, governance, and acquisitions while contributing to the maturity and effectiveness of the Project Management Office (PMO).Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ Years of IT Project Management Experience- Bachelor's Degree- PMPVersatile experience working within different types of projects and Business Stakeholders (IT Security/SSO, fintech, HR)Recent experience within healthcare- Strong experience with stakeholder management, process improvement, change management, PMO best practicesMulti-site rollout experience- Experience reporting on hardware and software spend during projectNice to Have Skills & Experience:- Experience with O365 migrations within M&ALean Six Sigma CertificationSmartsheets project management experienceOkta SSO experience- Experience partnering with care centers and practice managers, with an understanding of healthcare operations and the operational impact of system downtime in clinical or lab environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple enterprise technology and data platform projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through closeout.Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans.Lead end-to-end project management delivery of initiatives, including business applications, system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud and Microsoft platform migrations, AI-enabled solutions, automation efforts, and data platform implementations.Partner with business stakeholders, operational leaders, technical teams, and product owners to gather requirements, define project scope, and align technology solutions with organizational objectives.Monitor project performance, data platform health, and key delivery metrics while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.Facilitate governance reviews, project status meetings, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration.Document business and technical requirements, business workflows, and process improvements while coordinating user acceptance testing and solution adoption.Establish, maintain, and continuously improve PMO standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices. Support standardization, process optimization, and organizational change management initiatives across technology and business teams.Utilize PMI project management principles and delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to ensure successful project execution.
