About Us:
We are a new concept focused on high-quality service and delectable food and drinks. As a member of our guest service staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun-loving environment, where your skills will be appreciated, and your enthusiasm will be valued.
Job Overview:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can put our guests first and provide exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
- Processing basic forms of payment and maintaining a drawer
- Producing drinks quickly and according to recipe for all guests and servers
- Keeping organized while handling multiple service priorities
- Adhering to the service standards laid out in our "Service Priority List" and "10 Basic Service Steps"
- Accepting and implementing feedback given by management teams to better the guest experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Have completed the Level 2 Course for Douglas County's Food Handlers Certification
- Prior experience as a Bartender is required.
- Weekend availability, Monday to Friday availability, and night shift availability
- No formal education required
